    There are only two things to worry about:


    Either you are well or you are sick.


    If you are well, there's nothing to worry about.


    But if you are sick,There are only two things to worry about:


    Either you get well, or you die.


    If you get well, there's nothing to worry about.


    But if you die, there are only two things to worry about:


    Either you will go to Heaven or Hell.


    If you go to Heaven, there's nothing to worry about.


    But if you go to Hell, You'll be so busy shaking hands with friends


    You won't have time to worry.  :)

    SELF ESTEEM
    What is Self Esteem ?

    Self esteem is the opinion you have of yourself. It is based on your attitude to the following:

    Your value as a person
    The job you do
    Your achievements
    How you think others see you
    Your purpose in life
    Your place in the world
    Your potential for success
    Your strengths and weaknesses
    Your social status and how you relate to others
    Your independence or ability to stand on your own feet

    I think this sums it up but you may be able to add a few other important factors I have not included here.

    What is Low Self Esteem?

    Low self esteem results from you having a poor self image caused by your attitude to one or more of the above. Example: you do not value the job you do highly or you feel you have no purpose in your life.

    What is High Self Esteem?

    High self esteem is the opposite! It is a very important aspect of your life. If you have a high level you will be confident, happy and sure of yourself, without being arrogant. You would be highly motivated and have the right attitude to succeed.
    Self esteem is therefore crucial to you and is a cornerstone of a positive attitude towards living.

    Self Concept is an important factor in your self esteem

    Self concept is how you see yourself and is important because how you act and communicate with others is connected closely with this. It is clear that to have a high level of self esteem you will need to have a positive self view and the opposite is also true. A negative self view will lower your self esteem because you will be focused on your failings and your insecurity will lead to a low level of self confidence.
    Concept means idea so your self concept is the idea that you have about yourself. The way you see yourself, of course, may be completely different to how others see you. There are ways to improve this however. First though think about what you think of yourself right now and whether or not it is holding you back.

    Questions to ask yourself

    Are you happy with how you look?
    Have you got an attractive personality?
    Are you likeable?
    Are you sociable or a bit shy?
    Are you honest?
    Are you a good person?
    Are you able to communicate well?
    Are you positive?
    Are you fun to be with?
    Are you decisive?
    Do others respond to you positively?
    Are you confident?
    Do you live your values and according to your beliefs?

    If you answer no to any of the above then focus on that question and ask yourself how you can change that no to a yes. Once you ask yourself the queation your mind will come up with the answers.This exercise will not only tell you what your present self concept is but how to improve it. It will help enormously in every area of your life if you can see yourself more positively.

    REMEMBER: We have the answers to the questions within ourselves. We have everything inside of us to do what we need to do in life... When we ask for the answer and dig deep enough our brain will always come up with the answers to our problems.......WE MUST HOWEVER ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS...
